Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
We take approximately 1-3 day(s) to process an order and an additional 5-7 days to ship. For pre-orders, it may take longer due to the time it takes to print and ship. If there are any problems with your order, PLEASE DO NOT CHARGEBACK. Contact us first either through email or Instagram DM! We will do our best to accommodate for the situation.
What are the sticker materials?
Our stickers are made of vinyl gloss, great for general use or outdoor. They are also waterproof.
What are the policies in regards to returns, exchanges, or cancellation?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there is an issue where the sticker arrives damaged, we will do our best to fulfill your order to your satisfaction. We allow cancellation if the product has not yet been shipped.
What are the shipping options?
PLEASE CONSIDER COVID-19 AS A FACTOR OF DELAYED SHIPPING.
With the increase in orders during the holiday seasons, we have decided to transition our shipping method to tracked shipping only to ensure customers receive their stickers safely.
We currently ship from Southern California, United States and want to do our best to cater to our international customers as well.
Each sticker sent out through First-Class Package. Stickers are packed with a rigid mailer and sent out with a rigid mailer.
We usually take 1-3 day(s) to process orders and take 5-7 days to ship. International orders will take up to 1-3 week(s). We usually ship out Monday - Friday.
