PLEASE CONSIDER COVID-19 AS A FACTOR OF DELAYED SHIPPING.
We currently ship from Southern California, United States and want to do our best to cater to our international customers as well.
U.S. Shipping is categorized into our free option of First-Class Mail (No tracking number) and paid option of First-Class Package (Tracked) which can be picked during checkout. International shipping has different rates for the same options.
First-Class Mail is untracked shipping, where the stickers are put into a greeting card and envelope. This option is for customers who want to support us but also wants to save a bit of money. The risk that comes with it is having no tracking number, therefore, if it were to be lost in transit, there would be no way of retrieving it. We will gladly replace/refund your stickers if anything were to happen, but if the stickers were out of stock, refund will be your only option. We provide the option of free shipping to allow our stickers to be affordable, however the abuse of this system (ex. lying about never receiving your stickers) will lead to only tracked shipping in the future.
First-Class Package is tracked and put into a rigid mailer. This option allows you to get a tracking number so you will know where your sticker is at all times. The stickers are placed in a rigid mailer which are much more durable during transit. We recommend this option for stickers that are in higher demand so you would be certain to receive it in your mail.
We usually take 1-2 day(s) to process orders and take 5-7 days to ship. International orders will take up to 1-3 week(s). We usually ship out Monday - Friday.
